My VIS preferred status made the pickup process seamless, at initial pickup, and vehicle exchange due to a warning light indicator with the first vehicle. “I had a very good experience during my past rental. I asked if a particular car was available and the hertz rep was able to track it down for me. I did try to call and see if this could be handled ahead of time, but I couldn’t get anyone on the phone. I tried to call a few times. That’s probably my only gripe. Although, all of my experiences with Hertz have been pretty good. I didn’t have any problems at the Birmingham airport location.”

“My mom and I had a great experience using budget truck rentals for my move from Alabama to Pennsylvania. Kendra assisted us and I reserved a 12 ft truck but when I saw the truck in person I knew all my belongings wouldn’t fit so Kendra changed our reservation from the 12 ft to the 16ft and they didn’t have the 16 ft truck at the location so she had it delivered right on the spot and didn’t charge us extra for any of these changes. She made our moving experience wonderful and even let us use an umbrella when she helped inspect the vehicle.”

“Rented a vehicle for a business trip. Today definitely seemed like a hectic day due to rentals not being returned on time. But, everyone was super friendly, efficient and professional even when renters came in and became frustrated with the circumstances. I did have to wait awhile, but I saw everyone working hard to get people taken care of and the staff were extremely apologetic and upfront about why there would be a wait. Great location!”
