“First time rental through budget rental, needed a suburban to accommodate six passengers and all gear for two weeks of travel. Totally the right vehicle it was fabulous. Fully loaded with leather, heated seats in all rows. The only draw back was the headlight lenses were already getting cloudy with only 24k on mileage and visibility was hard at night. Budget has some odd policies that did make getting the vehicle time consuming. First the vehicle wasn’t available for pickup at the airport but we found a location close to a relative. He was able to pick up then meet at airport, then I wanted to add my Wife and I to drivers but could only do one. I asked to remove the first driver and was told they couldn’t. The first driver only picked it up for us and my wife couldn’t drive which left me to do all the driving. Drop off was fast and easy but never asked for the slip for gas so now need to see if they charged me.”

“Got free upgrade because the hot-head in front of us decided not to take the jeep he had reserved so they gave him our compact car. Giving us their only vehicle. The jeep which was better for us with my chair. All of our luggage and the wheelchair and everything I bought on the trip and the cooler. Pillows and blankets for the cabin. We loved the jeep so much, especially at the compact price, we bought a Sante Fe. Budget is the company I choose as a retired travel agent.”

They made sure that people stand 6ft away from each other. The only thing I didn't see is the 3 chairs outside didn't get wipe down at all and there where muti people sitting on them. It took me a while to find the new location., as that sign is small and only on the wall above the door. Once I got in the CSR was super friendly and fast, which made me forgot not being able to find the location. He provided me with 4 options to choose from and was willing to go around and show me more. I went with the first recommendation and we had a super great ride in a 2020 model car. The car had very low mileage on it and was basically new. What surprised me even more was the return. The agent walked over and told me that I could leave the keys in the car and I was done. Wow, that was smooth. Great overall customer service, Enterprise.”
