“I realized I had left some items behind one day after getting home. I called and spoke to a nice gentleman, Doug, to who I explained what happened. He went and looked in some areas I could have left them and called me back, like he said he would. He told me if they were found, they would be waiting at customer service. Luckily I had my receipt. I also told him I was coming back to the store to look myself. When I got to customer service, Doug was with another customer. So when I told another associate what I came for, Doug jumped in and said, “It’s right here!”. I was so excited to retrieve my items. The items weren’t a big deal that day. When she got to the front of the line, the cashier said the sale didn't involve soap. My mom said an employee told her it did. Instead of honoring that, they just told her they were sorry. Will not be returning for a while.”

They have a limited range of sizing so if you don’t find something there you may be able to have them order it online.
