“This place is awesome. It's very similar to GameStop but better! They are way cheaper and have a way better variety of vintage game systems that are difficult to find these days. They have a lot of games for all kinds of systems and they even buy electronics you no longer want or need they will give you the option of getting store credit (which is a lot more) or getting cash for the electronics you sell to them. They are extremely fair with their prices and I love doing business with them. I'll definitely be visiting them again real soon!!”

No fewer than a dozen employees offered assistance throughout my 2 hour shopping trip, from a gentleman helping me operate the scooter when I arrived until a nice man helping me when I left. No one was condescending or obvious about their offers of assistance - they were just bright and cheerful and kind. I wish I knew the names of these great workers so I could praise them individually, but they were in every department from pet supplies, housewares, patio/gardening, and cosmetics. “After much debate, I decided that my 23 year old, almost mint condition, Mercedes-Benz finally needed an upgrade. It was time to replace the cassette tape-deck radio and upgrade to a new wireless Apple CarPlay enabled touchscreen. After doing some research I decided to visit Boomer Mcloud in Schenectady. When I walked in I was immediately greeted by the General Manager Joe. He was super patient and answered all of my questions without trying to give me the typical sales pitch. He walked me through all of the options available for my car and scheduled my appointment. I wanted to retain the classic look of my radio console so I purchased a console frame that matched my original but could fit a touchscreen instead of just my old tape-deck. Needless to say the technician customized the entire setup to fit as I envisioned. I’m very happy with the entire experience. Not only did Joe and his staff provide great customer service, they did an excellent job installing my custom frame, touchscreen and backup camera in under 3-4 hours as projected. Their prices are very reasonable and if they don’t have exactly what your looking for Joe will get it for you. I’d highly recommend this spot for your car audio needs, especially if you need something custom!!”

“If they had a way to give these guys 10 starts I would! They have worked on 2 very extensive custom projects for me to perfection! First - they work with you on design and cost of what you are wanting to accomplish and give you the best options for your budget. Ben is great at making sure you get the most for your money and Adam makes sure it is installed perfect and is better than when you dropped it off!! Our first main project - an FJ Cruiser for my son, rides as quiet as a Lexus, and has a true audiophile sound system. The second project, a 2022 Bronco, solves all the problems you would ever want - it is now quite to drive at highway speeds, and the sound system is integrated into the factory unit, but is now audiophile quality!
