They were very kind on the phone and put my mind at ease. we had some special circumstances in taking my father to NV where he had a plot. Aaron took care of everything for me. Permits,cemetary details in NV, any and all paperwork I would need. He did a wonderful job making my dad look natural and just peacefully sleeping. Everyone working there was kind and comforting. “I never imagined I would need this type of service. But, I’m thankful for this company. I filled out the online form around midnight and was contacted before 9am the next morning. The staff was professional, efficient, and friendly. I made the choices online before arriving and answered a few more at the time of drop off. I was given options of mementos but not pressured into making additional purchases. Within a few hours my pets ashes were available for pickup. I was pleasantly surprised at pickup of how professional the package was with additional extras. They did make sure to return the blanket I brought my pet in. Overall I’m sad I had to use their services but am happy they were available in my time of need.”

“This is such a special mosque and so beautiful with amazing architecture and details like intricate artwork. I don’t think there’s any mosque in USA that can come close to its beauty and artistic structure. It felt amazing praying our Zuhr surrounded by beautifully decorated and tranquil mosque. The grounds are lovely, they have playground, cafe, gift shops, cultural center and guest houses. You are free to walk around and explore the property and everyone is welcome to visit and enjoy the Turkish cusine at the cafe. They have tons of underground parking and I believe it’s free. We really enjoyed being there. Wish we lived closer to visit more often”

I'd have to say the only thing that made the process bearable was the people at Franklin and Downs. Specifically Kristi AhYou. I felt like we were so lost and grief stricken and she took the time to make sure everything was taken care of. The ceremony, the setup and the viewing went smoothly and she walked us through each step. Honestly she was God sent not just through the funeral process but in our talks. She helped my family on a personal level understand exactly what to expect and was sensitive to our feelings. She listened to our request and made sure everything was how we wanted it down to each detail. In addition we never felt any added pressure. It seemed like everything was just taken care of so we could attend to each other instead of the added stressors that come with burying a loved one.
