“Can't thank Frank enough. Right off the bat he seemed like a stand up guy and someone that stood behind his work. I gave him my mazda miata to change the convertible top. It came out great, however, there was a piece from the manufacturer that went missing and I needed to take it back to him to fix it. He literally spent 2 weeks searching for this part and when he realized he wasn't going to find it, he actually took the time to fabricate the part himself and fixed it. He didn't even charge after all that extra work. It is refreshing to know that there are business owners like this out there and it was a lesson to myself on how to treat customers in my own business. Thanks Frank!”

“The store has many kinds of carpets, vinyl flooring, kitchen table in different colors and price. Luis helps us with explaining about what we should look to find a good carpet and vinyl. He gave us an estimate price and recommend someone to come the same day to measure our floor and we got a good deal from the contractor guy. Then we went back to the store with the measurement and decide which one we want to use and Louis gave an extra discount from the material. We saved a lot from the first estimate that we got from a different flooring store. Good and fast service.”

He came across as being genuine and was very attentive in listening to us and finding out what we were looking for to fit our budget. We had many questions and were impressed with Wilfredo's knowledge and him being able to answer all of them. Fast forward he took his time to show us every single mattress that fit our preference. We were also impressed with the flexibility of his options. In the end we found the perfect mattress and were able to set a delivery for later that day. After my husband purchased the mattress and leaving the store, we called him asking about adjustable bases and he was very helpful in giving us a good deal on that as well. We said yes to the mattress and the base that day!! The installation was quick and professional with Wilfredo demonstrating the functionality and features of the adjustable mattress base once setup. Thanks to Wilfredo we can bring in the new year with joy and comfort. “We did a total remodel on our kitchen using Cabinet SRQ/Elite Woodwork for cabinet selection and installation. They were recommended to us by two other condominium owners in our neighborhood. We worked with Carol and Debbie on the kitchen design and cabinet selection. We met with them at least four times and they engaged with us so much that it felt like they were planning their own kitchen. They answered all our questions, gave suggestions, and were so helpful and enthusiastic. We seriously couldn’t have done it without them. In our opinion they are the shining stars of the business. When it came to the installation, the cabinets arrived on time and installation began the next day. The installation went smoothly. We did have one minor issue we requested be changed and they willingly made the change for us. They also accommodated us by allowing us to install the flooring before they put the kick plates on. We were very pleased with their professionalism and flexibility. We would use them again if the need arose and would highly recommend them.”
