Last week, I got a text from Kaelin, who let me know that she had found somethings I truly might be interested in. She sent photographs. I was unable to get out to the shop but we texted back and forth about the products. She talked to her manager and even had even gotten permission to give me a special deal. Now that's service! By the time I could make it to the shop Kaelin was not there. I ended up working with Trinity. She was just as helpful as Kaelin! Finally after seeing everything that the shop had to offer Trinity helped me with a fantastic price that I was comfortable with. How could this be, two great sells associates at the same shop? I had a large order with almost 40 products from my contractor and he diligenly went through my whole list multiple times with me. For items not in stock he made multiple phone calls to his suppliers and did all the calculations based on what my contractor requires and how the items were sold (how many packages or bundles, converting inches and feet, etc). I asked him to check multiple times and each time he happily did it and did not complain, push or argue with me once. Every time I came in, he made time for me and never rushed me out. They had the hardest time dealing with used commercial furniture vendors and struggled to find the style of cubes they were looking for from a source they trusted. He delivered a product that was exactly what he said it would be, and arrived exactly when he said it would. We ordered a full suite of 6x6 cubes with 67" high panels and Luis made sure we could even get them with framed glass as the customer wanted. Luis not only delivered great looking panels complete with new glass, fresh paint, new fabric, cleanly cut work surfaces, & power accessories... but he was also a delight to work with and made the process easy for us.
