“We just had our sons 6th birthday party here this past weekend. We could not have asked for a better place for our sons party, who enjoys playing basketball. He, his friends and cousins spent the entire time on the court shooting around and playing games. We brought food and a few extra tables to set up in the back. Coach Steve helped lower the baskets for us and even showed my son some new basketball drills before guests arrived while we were setting up.”

“I've been working out here for a few years. The atmosphere is great. It's not super crowded so that you have to wait for equipment. The people that work out here are friendly and willing to rotate in or offer a spot. There are plenty of free weights, weight machines, and cardio machines. The former manager, Lance, was super helpful and friendly. This has carried over to the new manager, Katrina, who has brought in a great attitude to the environment. She is super friendly with the quests, offers great health tips, keeps the environment spotless, and provides a positive and welcoming atmosphere to workout in.”

“I recently moved to the Eastern Shore and had gotten out of my yoga routine. I had resorted to running as exercise which led to a heel injury. It forced me to get back to yoga because it is the only workout I could do during my injury. I am so glad I found this yoga spot because it is amazing. I tried a Buti class it was hands down my favorite yoga class ever. Very empowering for women and a heck of a workout. I also did their black light Buti class which was super fun. The owner Carol is really knowledgeable and offers something for everyone. It is a really approachable yoga studio and not "stuck up" like many I encountered while living in Arizona. It is my new go-to spot, highly recommend!”
