“Omg, I went in there not able to walk, and 3 weeks later, I was walking on the walker and it gave me so much hope! I was in a dark place when I went there, but your Drew, and all the staff, nurses,techs, and Doctors were so wonderful, not only did they help me everyday, they gave me hope, that someday, I would be able to walk again without help. I would recommend Sheltering Arms Institute to anyway that wants to be independent. I stayed there from 6/11/2022 to 7/1/2022. Everyone that I came across in every Dept. and category was amazing! “What a wonderful practice! I needed a same day appointment for a family member and saw that they offered same day appointments. I didn’t want to take them to an urgent care as they needed a new family practice physician to get established with. From the moment we entered the lobby, we were greeted with such genuine warmth and friendliness by the Office Manager Katie. The office is very clean which was important as so many doctor’s offices are not these days! Dr Gilmartin was very thorough and professional. He took his time, asked questions and listened which is hard to find these days. We went back for a follow up appointment a week later and to go over some test results. Dr Gilmartin and his staff made sure they explained everything to us and didn’t rush us out. They wanted to be sure all of our questions were answers and the care plan was completely understood. I highly recommend this wonderful family practice! It’s a bonus that one day a week they have a cardiology team coke in for testing as well.”

“I had a colonoscopy this morning, and the treatment was fantastic. Everyone including the front desk receptionist (sorry, I can't remember your name), the nurses--Anna, Kim, Chris, and Marsha--and Dr. Sippey were all pleasant and helpful and attentive. The facility was comfortable, and the medication helped to relax me but not completely knock me out so I was able to follow what was happening and ask questions and watch the monitor. I was given a tasty snack afterwards and plenty of time to rest in the recovery room before dressing to go home. This was the third colonoscopy I have had by three different practitioners, and it was the best one yet. I highly recommend Dr. Sippey and the ladies in the Endoscopy Clinic.”

“I flew into town to be near my relative as she underwent surgery. I only have good things to say about this facility. The place is welcoming, comfortable and easy to maneuver while waiting for the surgeries and post-op. My relative spent the night two nights in a row and it was a breeze and very welcoming to visit patients after hours. This facility has drink vending machines and coffee pots at different locations on both floors we visited. I would recommend this surgical unit because the staff is great and the place is welcoming. Did I mention the views from the waiting areas on both floors are great?”

“BEST hospital I have ever been in. I have lived in Tulsa to my whole life and this place is the best I’ve ever been to. I walked in with emergency with my husband by my side. The check in process was a less than four minutes. I was brought back in and less than five minutes didn’t even get to finish the paperwork before they brought me back. I saw the doctor within five minutes of me getting in the room. I was diagnosed in the same five minutes. I received the care I needed quickly and I was in and out in about an hour. They managed my pain quickly, listened to my concerns and even recommended what to do after I left there. The hospital itself was very clean. Didn’t smell like a hospital. It actually felt homey with a Christmas tree and decorations. I will never go to any other place. The staff was kind, compassionate, and empathetic to my needs. The entire staff from the receptionist, the nurse, and the Doctor were very supportive and professional. Seriously the best experience I have ever received in my 41 years in Tulsa. I highly recommend this hospital.”
