I was heartbroken because I love the ring and wasn'tfindinganythingI liked as much. He looked up our account and told us it may be able to be fixed with our metal protection plan! He sent it to be examined and assured me if it can't be fixed, they would be able to design a new setting similar to my original setting. We also ended up buying an anniversary band.
