Their price was very competitive and they did an outstanding job. The carpets look amazing and one in particular was so dirty (dogs, kids and previously poor cleaning jobs) that it looked new after Sam deep cleaned it -see yuck and wow pics. It didn't look this good after the last company cleaned it. Gary set my expectations including furniture moving, stairs etc. when I called him and there were no up-sells or surprises after-the-fact.
