“I visited this location on 10-6-22..There was a gentleman at the desk when I arrived. I spoke, but did not hear him respond. I spoke again and he barely raised his voice. I later returned to the desk & a lady was there. I explained that I was having a problem logging in, she gave me another pass, I returned to enter my library I'd #, but still not able to log in. She comes over & enter the # of the temporary pass that was given to me. I said I was entering my library I'd # in, she gets smart & says, you got to enter a # in for it to work. I explained, I would have, had I been given instructions, I thought that my I'd # was the # to be used. The staff gave me the impression that they did not feel like working today. The customer services was not the friendly experience I was expecting to received from a librarian. I wanted to give a rating of a (3) but gave them the benefit of the doubt with a (4) instead.”

“We recently moved to the Mapleton Hill area and wanted to learn more about our historic home over the hill. We decided to stop in one day while we were out walking through the neighborhood. The librarians on staff were excellent; she spent two hours pulling old files and pictures from the turn of the century for us. We discovered that our place was built in 1896 not 1906 like we were told, this was awesome news for us. It's not every day that you take a trip to a library and feel like you're stepping into the past with the squeaky floors and all the charm of this historic library, we will be coming back. Thank you for all your help.”

“I was drawn in to this small neighborhood library. The first thing I took note of was the peaceful silence. I felt so serene. I was able to walk the cozy linear aisles without being bombarded by a cacophony of assaulting sounds. Victoria, the calm and articulate librarian engaged me in quiet contemplative conversation. Once I explained I was visiting from MO she offered me the use of their digital library. But alas I am a physical book enthusiast to my core! I look forward to visiting again. They have plans for a larger library! Hopefully, this will lead to triple the cultural space, intellectual consumption, and community based activities!”
