“I enjoy going to this library. Access to so many types of media and other information resources. Well organized and well maintained facilities. Even the rest room usually looks and smells very clean except when someone is taking care of business. Just Kidding. I enjoy this place. Love the many reading areas and desks to relax or get things accomplished. I also feel safe here. I often get up to stretch, walk around, use restroom, and leave my stuff on the desktop without worrying about theft. I have been going there for almost a decade without an incident. Very comfortable place to study or learn.”

“I love finding a quiet library to get work done. This location is a part of Gerry Park (which is beautiful). There is a pretty decent collection of books on the shelves, a large seating area, computers (desktops) available by the hour and private rooms you can book for events. Staff were friendly and warm and everyone respected the space by being quiet. I dropped in around 10a on a weekday when it tends to be quieter. So worth the stroll before or after your visit. The inside matches the outside with thoughtful public seating areas. I love that there’s a bike rack and lots of parking. I’m excited to come back!”

“A NEIGHBORHOOD PUBLIC LIBRARY that is designed handsomely and artfully sited on one of southern Broward County’s busiest East-West roadways, the place is easily missed. But the facility is well stocked with books, work stalls and an able staff. A home run for local government. ( January 2020) But a year on, with the effects of the pandemic and lockdown still prominent, the library on a Friday afternoon was listless and nearly empty. The handsome bones of the place are still in place but books are fewer, many corrals for PCs roped off, and group work tables are diminished for fear of contagion. The library staff soldiered on cheerfully, if not lighthardidly.(January 2021)”
