“I broke my left fibula and came here for physical therapy to work with Danielle. My experience was incredible. I cannot overstate how helpful, knowledgeable, and encouraging the staff is. Every week, they progressed me to new exercises that kept me engaged and rapidly improving. Within one week of weight bearing, I was walking without crutches. Within 4 weeks, I was playing basketball again and doing squats over 100lbs. The stability, mobility, and strength of my leg is fantastic. I drove 15-20 minutes out of my way to work with Danielle and it was worth it. Each staff member will also build a relationship with you that makes you look forward to visiting. “I had severe pain with my SI joint on my left side. At times, I was unable to bend down. Orthopedic physician ordered for me to get physical therapy. Most places I called couldn't see me for weeks, but when I called Keep Moving and spoke with Amrita (the therapist), she was able to see me the same day I called for evaluation and exercises. She noticed that my shoulders and hips weren't aligned properly, and after 3 weeks with her, it improved a lot (you can see in the video, the light shirt was when I started, the dark shirt was towards the middle of the therapy). Amrita is awesome and helped me get better and I'm very grateful for that. I highly recommend her to anyone that needs physical therapy as she definitely knows her profession.”
