Once she established that I was a new patient and what i needed to be seen for, she gathered my insurance information, scheduled my appointment, and gave me some instructions regarding an email she was sending me with paperwork to fill out. On the day of my appointment, I saw a physical therapist named Melissa - she was very professional and very knowledgeable about my condition. I really appreciated how patient she was, that she asked several questions, and also thoroughly explained everything she was going to have me do regarding movements and such. At this point, I have been treated several times, and my dizziness has been resolved. I highly recommend Fyzical Therapy & Balance Centers because everyone was so friendly and professional... the facility is clean, well maintained, and a very pleasant environment... the whole process was very seamless for me.
