My *only* complaint is that my appointments are 9 times out of 10 not on time and it’s super frustrating. Sometimes it’s only by a few minutes, but there’s times where I’m made to wait 15-20 minutes past my scheduled appointment time. I don’t know where the disconnect is, but alas..”
