“First and foremost, I'll never use or recommend another plumber after my experience with SAY Plumbing LLC. Raw sewage backed up into my shower, while it was in use :(. So when I was going to use them again to replace so old fixtures and such they were promptly able to schedule me within 2 days, but the night before appointment my hot water tank went, so the fixtures had to wait and they were able to replace and install the new one within 3 hours. As it was under warranty, Chris took over, calling the manufacturer and helping me chose the best option which was to replace it with another and take buyout from manufacturer.
