“I would give this specific Post Office five stars purely for the customer service provided by Eric and Crystal. My coworker and I brought in a large mailing for our work on a Monday (their busiest day of the week). What we thought would be a simple drop off turned into a three hour marathon of Eric re-scanning each individual item in the mailing to adjust the postage (due to incorrect processing by another staff member in our office). Eric was respectful and courteous to us the whole time, even though we had certainly inconvenienced him and his coworker Crystal. Crystal heroically shouldered the brunt of the customers while Eric worked with us for three hours to get our mailing out. They both remained respectful and positive throughout and Eric took the time to provide information on how we could avoid a similar issue in the future. Not only that, but Eric and Crystal both clearly have established relationships with members of the community. They both deserve all the kudos (and a raise) for their hard work, efficiency, and professionalism!”

“The USPS Roseville MI is alright with me. I have never had a problem there, the employees are always polite even when the customers are not. I had a situation where I had the wrong address on my package so they didn’t deliver it. I went in with my ID and the gentleman went in the back and low and behold my package was still there they hadn’t returned it. I was able to retrieve the package I ordered for an occasion I needed for the weekend! Thank you USPS!”

“Nice hotel. They were in the middle of doing upgrades to the rooms during our stay. We never heard any of the work being performed and our stay was 5 days long. Stephen the GM of the hotel was very helpful at check-in. He gave us multiple ideas for great places to eat that are walking distance from the hotel. He also chatted with us each time he saw us like we were old friends playing catch up.. The fountain park that is across the street has a very nice paved trail to have a nice easy walk. Would definitely stay here again. Beds were very comfy. Our only negatives which brings this to a 4 star rating is the shower has no shelves for soaps and shampoos so you have to reach to the floor. Nor is there towel racks for your hand or bath towels.. The other is the furniture ie desk armoire hutch etc etc seemed to be very inexpensive not commercial grade quality. Overall rooms looked very sharp and clean housekeeping does a wonderful job cleaning rooms. The pool here is heated and the hot tub is good sized.”

I've tried a few different post offices, even before the pandemic, and this one is the fastest I've been to. I wish they had a package label machine that you could use though instead of having to stand in line.”
