I have sent out several packages from here and I cannot print out my shipping labels so I email them to Eagle and Adam prints them out for me. He doesn’t have to do that but he does. And he’s always very friendly. Also, I feel like their prices are very fair. This is a great local business and I highly recommended them. I wrote this original review over a year ago but I can say that I still feel the same about them today as I did a few years ago.”

“Update - I don't know if it is new management or just new personel, but the customer service has GREATLY improved. Counter help is now actually friendly and helpful. Original(1 STAR): Woman that mans the counter is not even remotely customer friendly. The gentleman is plenty courteous (her husband I guess). Unfortunately for him, I would emphatically suggest that they lose the contract. I have never seen a post office, let alone one on a military base, strive to do such a bare minimum in the service given and seem to barely tolerate their customers as this one does.”

“I use to wait for almost 20 minutes for someone to finally open the doors and it got me angry. So I talked to the manager and I was told that anyone with a 24hr access P.O. Box is required to have a door key and that Post Box Plus can’t be held liable if people aren’t able to enter and get their mail. I have 24hr access to my P.O. Box and wasn’t able to get to my box because I didn’t have my key…I was getting mad cus they were opening late but it makes sense to just get a door key. I finally purchased a door key and it makes my life a lot easier cause now I can access my box whenever I want. This place use to have really bad service but since it’s been under new ownership, the service has been so much better. Customer service is great! This place needed a change.”
