“I normaly would go to Ross, Marshall, and or a Target to shop for my everyday Household items, Clothing, and Shoes. I wasn't able to find what I was really looking for so I decided to come here and check this place out. To my surprised I actually like this store. They have everything here and for a great discount prize! They got clothes, shoes, good brand hand bags, beauty Supplies, everything for kids, men, and women! I was super happy that I was able to grabbed three pairs of really good shoes that I really liked! It like a Ross and Marshall put together but with really good discount deals! I'm so glad I came here. I will definitely be coming back more often. I am pretty sure I can find something nice here like great gifts, photos frames, or even something pretty for my bedroom, bathroom Displays and Decorations.”

I had been to another store and was trying to avoid having to travel to another store. I asked Kevin to check for me if the other store had it. He immediately stopped what he was doing and offered to check in the back and went himself. He came out with it and made my granddaughter very happy! “Great store! employees could be a little more inviting and greeting ... as of now the store seems to be kind of small and crammed. But there are renovations going on inside the store to make it even bigger and better... hopefully the renovations will be done quickly as it does make the store is suffer in space! I DO look forward to visiting the store when renovations are done!! clothing and shoes can be pricey so expect to spend at least $100+ in this store... Although some items may seem expensive you ARE PAYING for quality!!! These boots are more than sturdy and long lasting... The last pair I had purchased lasted at least 3+ years and was priced around $300!! I do wish the clothing/ jewelry could be brought down a little bit ... still you can't beat the quality of the product!!”

Even though the store was packed and she was helping multiple brides, Amy made me feel like the only person there! She went above and beyond to make my experience magical! She gathered all the dresses I wanted to try and then we asked her to pick one from the same designer I liked and also one that she liked.. let me tell you that was the best decision EVER! Amy brought me two of the most beautiful dresses I’d ever seen..! One of them being THE DRESS!! To top off our experience, Amy was able to also help my mother find the dress of her MOB dreams! “Every time I go shoe shopping I always check out champs there selection is hit or miss for me but when it’s a hit it’s a really good selection. The staff is really nice I found some shoes that like but I wanted to check some other stores and they were so nice about holding it to the side. Overall great store and only reason not 5 stars is that they don’t always have a good selection but I really recommend!”

“I was hesitant to go here for a return of an online order because of all the negative reviews. So, I called ahead to confirm that they could accept my return. The employee who answered the phone was very nice and gave me all the details to ensure that the return went smoothly: bring receipt and credit card used, and she noted the time the store closed, to be sure things worked out. When I got to the store (no thanks to Google Maps which put me in a residential neighborhood!) a different employee waited on me. She was pleasant and professional.
