The customer was very angry because they had to close early due to being short staffed. I understand how retail works and i just want to say that that man handled the situation so well and so properly. I didn’t get his name because i didn’t want to bother him. But the customer was extremely rude to him, yet he still was nice to the man and did his job competently. Kudos to him! He has brown hair and is maybe around 5’9-6’0.
