The employees themselves are friendly and helpful, but drivers should be prepared — getting a 53-foot trailer in and out of this location is not easy. You cannot enter from the interstate. You’ll need to go through the Pep Boys next door and back down to the nursery. The staff even stopped oncoming traffic to help me maneuver safely. I was able to park overnight in their lot, and they allowed us to use the restrooms, which was appreciated. The staff here are very kind people. The all-girl crew unloaded me quickly — less than an hour from start to finish. Once you get the truck positioned, everything else is smooth and pleasant.”
