“We enjoyed the trip. The hotel was wonderful, as well as the staff. We were disappointed with the food; two of the alleged five star restaurants were awful, one was closed due to renovations. The daily activities planned were geared towards 18-25 year olds. There were very few activities planned for older adults. The free city tour was a disappointment. I expected more of a historical experience, but it was geared towards high end/high pressure shopping. The botanical garden experience was wonderful. Outside excursions were great, the prices of outside vendors were reasonable and much cheaper than those offered by our tour operators. We definitely will go back but we will look forward inclusions packages for older travelers”

They do provide additional live music on the upper outdoor deck with a full service bar but if it’s chilly - it could feel a little long. Overall, so glad we attended. The talent was excellent and entertaining.”

“Excellent! My daughter has been taught by Meagan for well over a year. Sarah (my daughter) has excelled as a rider and as a young woman. Meagan is more than just an instructor, she is someone to look up to. After 3 years of riding, Sarah chose Meagan and Konrad to be her instructors as she has taken on barrel racing. Through their very hands on approach and relaxed demeanor they have unleashed the true rider that dwells in Sarah. Sarah knows all of the right and safe things to do, but in order to grow, she had to step outside her comfort zone. I have watched my daughter become fearless and driven. This has not only shown up in her racing but also in her life. She takes on new chores and responsibilities with a “I’ve got this Mom” and a smile. I believe it is because of the mentorship/leadership of Meagan and Konrad. They care about their riders not just while they are on their horses. I have personally observed them taking a walk around the barn with one of the older students who seemed to be struggling with something unrelated to riding. They took time out of their busy lives to be a listener. If more coaches and instructors of kids sports treated their students/teams like Meagan and Konrad, kids would know how to be competitive while also cheering on their own competition. The girls in the Barrel Racing Team take videos of each other and send them so they can see how they do, but even greater was when they began sending them to me because they knew I was traveling and hated not being there to watch.
