“Everything went well. The car was reasonably clean. Everyone was very friendly and easy to deal with. The only thing I didn't like was when I asked about the extra insurance option. It was more than I wanted to pay so obviously they tried to sell it to me. I don't blame them. But ... one of their main selling points was the loss of use charges that would be incurred if something were to happen to the car I was renting. These could be over $100 per day while it's in the shop being repaired. I still decided to pass. After talking to my local insurance agent I was informed that they have an agreement with Enterprise to not charge their customers loss of use. Overall a good experience though.”

She was polite and understanding. She Allowed us to make a partial 50%payment and the balance the morning of the appointment. She was very detailed and advise they would have 3 people to assist in moving my mom and assured me all would be fine. They were early to the appointment as requested and my mom was very comfortable. The shop is conveniently located in my neighborhood, providing a friendly pickup and drop-off experience. For any tolls, they will bill you e-toll receipt a week after your reservation, no additional fees. I would recommend capturing a video of your vehicle's condition and gas level before leaving, just as a precautionary measure.”
