“Big shout out to the group of people that work at the Collierville location, I have been in one of there rentals since 7-30-23 due to an incident involving my car and a flying crowbar. Today 8-16-23, the rental cars check engine light came on and I had to park it. They had the car picked up and brought me another one all within 2 hours, I was thoroughly impressed. They were so nice and understanding and genuinely felt bad that this happened. I will say A+ to the dedication of this group of people. Thanks for not dropping the ball.”

“As my wife and I were packing up our first truck, we were running out of room and needed a second truck ASAP! Germantown Budget Truck Rental had one ready to go in about 2 hours! The truck worked flawlessly! The day I picked up the truck, it was -8° outside. They turned on the truck about 10 minutes before my arrival time and it was all warmed up by the time we got there. The employee that helped us was able to answer all of our questions and get us on our way. He was also very genuine and personable. Although the temperature was below zero, the truck started perfectly every time. The people here were so accommodating to us! “When I travel out of town, I usually reserve a rental car. The Columbia Enterprise is my preferred location. The staff are always professional and polite. There's usually not much of a wait. The manager who gave me a jump when my car battery died on the lot ALWAYS makes sure any issues with cleanliness, dead charging ports, etc. are taken care of in some capacity. I decided to write this review because my husband picked up a full size car on a Sunday after a terrible storm that left cars in the area covered entirely in dust. He was given a clean BMW with a full tank of gas, perfect for a family trip to VA.”

“This was my first time experience with enterprise. I collected the car from Amsterdam centraal branch. The staff welcomed me and explained me that unfortunately mazda 6 estate that i booked not available, but offered me an option with Mercedes cla200 year 2023. My only concern was only about luggage space, it seems small back space but when i checked it was spacious and capable to load it with 3 big and 1 small luggages. Car performance also great, easy handling, average fuel consumption around 6-7ltr per 100km, comfortable for long range driving via highway/autobahn, city road and village road. Overall I am satisfied with the car & will contact enterprise again if i need a car rental again in the future.”

Tiger was helpful, efficient and gave me a good rate. Check out was 10 min: I paid on my smartphone for the rental rate and security deposit, Tiger showed me the main functions of the van, pulled it out, did a walk around, took pictures to document, and drove off with copy of rental agreement. Return was 10 min: Tiger checked in the van, returned my security deposit, and I left with receipt. Great experience, highly recommend.”
