“Paul is awesome! Very knowledgeable about the remote car start kits. I purchased a car start kit off of Amazon, which turned out to be the wrong kit, due to some confusion on my part about the type of key fob I had, “G key”. He responded quickly to my questions about his kit on eBay and explained the differences to me which the other seller was not able to explain, just said the kit will not work with my car. Paul was actually able to help me program the module to work with my car, but it was missing some functionality. It would not let me unlock the car when the engine was running after starting it. He was able to explain that to me as well, that this function has to be flashed into the memory. I bought Paul’s kit, which turned out to be a lot easier to install, and the harness was longer so I was able to mount the module in a better place under the dash. Great product and service.
