“Sparkling clean! My first time to use dog wash in this location. A staff with long blond hair with glasses was super friendly and kind. She explained how to use bath station with different shampoos and blow dryer. Water temp and pressure were perfect for wash my fluffy bichon mix. All equipments were functioning well. There was no time limitation so I could dry my dog completely without any time pressure. A tip: you bring your own empty bottle for diluting their shampoo for better rinse by water (the shampoo they provided was very thick), and your own brush for fluffing dogs hair during or after drying. Highly recommend this place!”

“Our 96 year old mother is approaching her first year anniversary of residing at Chartwell Kingsville Retirement Home after having lived in her own home. She is happy, comfortable and well-cared for. The Chartwell employees are not only kind and compassionate but often go above and beyond to treat our mom like she is their only concern. As family members we are often visiting and see first hand the high quality of care and attention given to not only our mom but to all the residents. The welcoming dining area provides a social atmosphere and a varied menu which is flexible given mom's tastes. The grounds are well tended with nice landscaping and a wide walkway path around the building. The facility is bright and clean and often nicely decorated for the season. Mom always enjoys the large foyer where there is a large fireplace, a grand piano and a fountain. As family members we are confident in knowing that she is not only happy at Chartwell Kingsville, but we also know that she has access to 24 hour nursing, a readily accessible emergency call necklace, portering services, and medication dispensing if she wanted. Chartwell is also more than happy to tailor a plan for any other specific needs mom might have. Any concerns or requests by our mom have always been dealt with promptly and efficiently. We have found all the staff (including the manager, head nurse, waitstaff, kitchen management, housekeeping, PSWs, and maintenance) to be approachable and willing to work with us for the best interests of our mom.”

“This campground is really great. I’m rather saddened by the reviews as I know many of them are written out of anger because someone didn’t get their way and didn’t respect park rules. I think the issue is that many individuals feel as though they are family when they stay here, and should be able to get away with not following the rules. When the rules don’t get bent for them, that’s when they start sharing harsh words about the campground and management. All campgrounds have rules, and following the rules here will lead to happy staff, happy management, happy owners, and therefore a happy camper😊”

“Got some machines delivered today in a enclosed trailer and didn't have a way of pulling them out so we could come in from the side with a forklift so called them up within 15 mins they had a guy onsite.. ( Great guy an very nice attitude I forget his name or I'd add it) he pulled them all out individually onto his tilt bed and it worked great! Recommend you to anyone.”

“Darien was referred to us for our home search and I can understand why! Darien was attentive with great communication during the whole process. We had an added complication since we live a 3 plus hour drive away that was coupled with finding a property we loved quickly that was only taking offers that day! Darien initially walked us through the property with a skype call, had a great rapport with the sellers agent which ultimately, helped our offer to be successful - but Darien's great service didn't stop there. Darien very quickly arranged for our home inspection along with organizing and meeting her trade contacts to give us estimates on renovations we wanted to do, giving us peace of mind prior to our conditions needing to be waived. We were excited to be closing in 3 weeks but the day before our closing, complications arose, delaying our closing for 3 months. Darien kept in touch and checked on the property for us again prior to our final closing. Darien was personable and patient and I felt she always had our best interests at heart during the long process. I would HIGHLY recommend Darien! Thank you, Darien, for your help and support! We are thrilled with our new property!”
