“Hit and miss. I find things are either over priced, or great deals. Some things are cheaper in a retail store or on sale. And with a big purchase there's no warranty so you have to really look through the box to make sure a component isn't missing. I bought a beautiful sink which was sealed shut so I assumed it would be tact, but it was missing the accessories (cutting board and strainer, and yes, the box said they came with it) so try replacing THAT. In their defense, I'm from out of town so it would be a pain to deal with so I didn't even bother to call to complain, so I cant say what the outcome would have been.”

“Wow, we just experienced an evening of the Calamus Star Gazing. The entire evening was fabulous. We started off with a fun and tasty cocktail while we checked out the grounds and games on the back lawn. Picture taking at its finest, the setting was beautiful. We then visited the showroom, tasted and chose our dinner wine, and had The Best buffet dinner, all organized to perfection, thanks to Andrew. It wasn’t intended to be about the food, but it certainly added to our experience. While finishing dinner we had excellent desserts, with many selections. To move a little, we danced to the wonderful band and ventured outside for star gazing. The fires and torches were being lit and the cigars and Double Barrel “William” Reserve were being tasted. This was a well run wedding atmosphere where everyone was happy, laughing and being greeted and attended to every need by Peter and his outstanding family of service attendants. “Robin did an excellent job at making custom Western chaps for me and my friend Kim, as we needed them for a horseback packing trip out West. She fixed something for me for free as well, after I had worn the chaps for a few days. My friend and I wore those chaps for five days on our trip for 5 to 8 hours a day on horseback, and they sustained the sun, the mud, the rain and rubbing against trees in the dense forests of the Rockies without an issue. Her prices and customer service are great and I would recommend her to anyone.”
