  I love this complex! Perfect location. The grounds are well kept and I love the ducks swimming around in the pond. Perfect end to a day. The staff is so accommodating and knowledgeable. Would recommend to anyone looking for the perfect place!!

  Tara has been the absolute best ever! She has made my family’s transition into these wonderful apartment homes so easy and pleasurable. I honestly have never had a better experience anywhere. The entire office staff was super friendly and wonderful!

  When I first moved to 100 Inverness in August of 2020, I was not very happy. I had planned to move back to California as soon as my lease ended. However, in late spring of 2022 the complex changed management. I immediately began to notice small changes that made a significant difference, so I decided to take a chance and extend my lease 6 more months. I am SO glad I did.
  Moving out at the end of this past year ended up being very sad. I did not want to leave my apartment or the friends I'd made in the complex. I lived in the most basic floor plan in a bottom floor unit. This means that I had a patio instead of a deck, which I really enjoyed. I was even able to make a vegetable garden, which thrived in spite of those absolutely savage southern bugs. Bottom-floor living also means that I could hear the folks above me quite clearly, but as I said before, your neighbors will be kind, which makes all the difference.
  
  If you live here you will be surrounded by nature. Everything you need will be no more than a 10-minute drive away, including major highways. And yet, you won't be affected by noise pollution with exception to firetrucks, coyotes, and the countless calls of various species of birds. You will feel secure in knowing that the office staff and maintenance team will do everything they can to be sure you are comfortable in your home. Your neighbors will be nice and you will feel safe. If you're as lucky as I was, they will quickly become your friends and maybe even help you with the sad process of moving away. You may find yourself annoyed at times, by the little things that happen in most any apartment-living situation--namely, vertical blinds. Those things should be illegal. But overall, you will be happy.

  I worked with Tara and Randall during the application process. Both are AMAZING! I just moved to the area and they definitely made my decision to move here. They were patient and answered every question I had and were very personable. The view of the lake is amazing, I cannot wait to try out the walking trail and pools. Thank you for making the process of moving easy!
