Thanks!! Wife loved her roast beef sandwich. Healthy salads. Low prices. Only incident was after reading US throws away 500,000,000 straws a day we usually say no straws. But didn't remind watress this time since nearly every restaurant we've been to after 7 weeks in Alaska already doesn't give straws unless requested. ...we were given wasteful straws ..darn.”

“Thank you Herb & Tina for a wonderful stay. Not only are they great folks, they are also wonderful hosts and cooks. The cabin was perfect along with the wonderful grounds with a lakefront dock and view! I saw my 1st mama moose and baby right from their deck! Herb was able to hook my husband up with a fishing guide for a day trip while I stayed behind and enjoyed the peace and quite (and nature). I feel like I've made new AK friends and can't wait to return next summer!”

“This place is amazing. We loved our two night stay. The cabin has lots of space. The TV is set up so you can watch from both downstairs and the loft. They supply cooking utensils like pots and pans. There's a fridge and microwave. There's free showers at the main office. There's nice walking trails. Also great trails for cross country skiing. We went in the winter but I was told in the summer they have swimming, boating and camp fires. We will definitely be back we loved it so much.”

“I grew up in Willow, and Camp Ladasa is where we came to swim. So much has changed in 30 years. The main lodge looks good. The property has been rehabilitated. Cabins are nice. Even the waterfront has a facelift. All in all, does not resemble the place we visited as a kid. But it is a nice camp.”

“If you're looking for a quiet getaway, then this is definitely the place!!! My lady and I had an adorable cabin for the night, with all amenities available. Sadly we were only able to stay one night as the cabin had already been booked for the following day, but no matter! I'm sure the next guests will enjoy it as much as we did! Quiet location off the highway, gorgeous view. The first message we got was "please excuse the construction mess, we're adding new cabins". Honestly, if anyone is upset at the construction, then maybe they shouldn't be staying there, I'd recommend downtown Anchorage with all the riffraff. I sure hope we can land this location again soon, as we're planning another weekend getaway!! 5 stars all around!!!!!”
