“A wonderful place to call home. Wonderful staff and a responsive maintenance crew. I would go so far as to say, this has been the best apartment that I have lived in Phoenix, and I have lived in 4 complexes before this one. It is in a wonderful neighborhood with lots of outdoorsy activities, with Thude park which is adjacent to the property. We have only been here since May of 2020 and we are loving every moment of it. Looking forward to spending the holidays in our new home.”

“Really good food. We had the gouda mac and cheese, salmon, lobster roll and several appetizers. The only reason for the 1 star knock down is because the dishes all had a spicy hot to them that we didn't care for and it wasn't noted on the menu. The drinks we had were all very good.”
