They send someone to your home to assess the move and provide a quote. On the day of the move, the crew was prompt, courteous,efficient and friendly. For the cross country move, they call to alert you when your belongings are leaving the state, and provide great communication along the way so you know when to expect delivery. “Is okay. One of my units the rubber gets stuck in the cement and I need to get a knife to open it once I unlock the unit. I have told them 3 times already, but they are not doing nothing about it. One girl come and try to clean it but even she saw that it was sticky and she Saud that she would tell the manager about it. So far nothing. I do floral design and am constantly in the unit, but I still have problems with the door. One Part is a good thing the unit door is tied so no bugs come in, but in the other hand is hard on my hands to open the door in the unit. Oh well live goes on!!”

“When I scheduled the movers the people were great to work with. I had to postpone my move a week and they were very understanding and friendly again. I was so impressed. The day I was scheduled to move in nobody showed up. I patiently waited for 5 hours until I started calling to find out what was going on. Finally Thomas showed up. My family unloaded the truck and he took the boxes upstairs. He worked hard but one person can't carry a piano up a flight of stairs by themselves. He was on the phone to the office but still nobody came out to help him. He didn't want to leave until the job was done and luckily a couple neighbors offered to help with so he didn't have to. If it weren't for Thomas this review would have been quite different.”

“It’s been stressful moving. A lot of the storage places have no more space. I happen to come across Life Storage and I decided to place a reservation. Kim from Life Storage called me within minutes after the reservation, but I was unable to pick up. I tried to return and left a voicemail. I assumed I’d probably won’t here back after the weekend. She attempted to call me again as she was about to leave for the day. She was very pleasant and informative. She happily answered all questions since I’ve never rented a unit before. Today, I met with the manager to complete the process and Kim left him notes so he’s aware of what’s going on. He showed me to the unit and I was impressed by the customer service received with Kim and the manager.”
