I usually order through the mobile app but my fiancée wanted something specific that I couldn’t figure out how to order on the app so I went inside to order. Unfortunately my mask that I wear is pretty thick and I guess my order came out sounding different ?. Michael was so sweet to fix it for me though And get me the correct order. “This place is amazing. The staff is super helpful and friendly. They carry way more tools than you would think. I had been looking for some precision machine tools that I thought I could find at autopart stores, but I checked 5 different auto part store chains and no one had them. I tried hardware stores and they didn't either. But I found it at Rocklers. They do have shortened hours currently, and I was not aware of that until I pulled up literally right after they closed, but they opened the door and let me get what I needed. I would definitely return.”

The Catering dept reached out the same day, called to discuss details and was helpful in making quantity and food decisions and then emailed a contract promptly. I had dinner for 25 catered at my home. The food was delivered on time and beautifully prepared. I was skeptical whether or not a burger bar was practical to pull off because we didn't eat for an hour after drop off, but the burgers were amazing! The guests talked about how good they were and enjoyed building their own. I would definitely use them again.”
