“I really resisted trying this place, and I regret that resistance. I missed out on months of the best bean and cheese burritos I've ever had. Part of my resistance has been having friends and family from New Mexico who insist there isn't a way to re-create New Mexican cuisine outside the state boundary. Well, Hatch-It has proven them wrong. Try the Chicken Fajita Burrito, or just the plain bean and cheese. I haven't tried the burger yet-maybe I am not an "adventurous" enough eater for that, but I have heard amazing things about it. The tacos were perfect for Taco Tuesday too!”

The artists are INCREDIBLY talented and also very versatile, so whatever you’re looking for you’ll be able to find in their portfolios. My artist was Jentle.Death and she KILLED it! I gave her a concept and what I was thinking, and she went and drew up a unique design and I couldn’t be happier with the outcome (except for when it’s fully healed up!). As a personal preference I don’t like that the place feels like a bar first then a restaurant second. The music is loud so it’s hard to have a conversation. Now I love bars so if I went with a couple buddies then it would be great. My parents love this place so that is why I go.”
