“Great prices no crime. It's a shotty little park but it is a pretty good place to live no kids no dogs. Management asks residents to keep quiet after 8pm out of respect for the neighbors. The park has on-site washers and dryers open until 9pm. Overall 5 stars not for the look but for the comfort. Thanks A&F”

“My husband and I just spent our first winter as snowbirds at Paradise Valley Ranch, and we loved it! The office manager, Karen, and her husband were helpful: backing in our 5th-wheel, where to find items in the local area and especially fun to chit-chat with. The pool, hot tub, reck room and laundry room were clean and the mix of RV’s and beautifully maintained vintage single wide mobile homes really made for a wonderful stay. It was fun to take evening walks and to say hi to, and visit with, the neighbors.”

“My boss lives here with her parents and I was actually pretty much shocked on the fact that a trailer park has big green grass yards pretty cool if I'm the one your asking only thing is gotta go hella slow cause them bumps get ya double speed bumps nearly unheard of not ne more they've got em' all the way to the end of the park not cool other then that pleasant place truly!!!”

“Big resort and we'll organized. Lots of lights everywhere. Sits in the middle of two gun ranges so you hear a lot of gunfire all day and late into the evening. They make you wear name tags to use any facilities here. Lots of shopping close by. Don't know if we would come back. A nice base if you want to explore the area.”

“Cactus cove is a trailer park tucked in the neighborhood of W Melvin St. It is an eclectic mix of new & old, different types of trailers, as well as apt, and houses. For the area this little community is quite & it is very well taken care of. The people are nice & for the most part stick to themselves. The owner comes across stern and exteremly picky about things, likes to be in control, has cameras all around the area, and basically knows everything that goes on in the park. This isn't a bad thing at all, being in that area she has a great responsibility of her family and the tenants that live there. The owner & her family are hard workers they actually build the trailers, the newer ones. The owner will work with you on deposits and rent as long as you show good faith & don't take advantage of it, overall they are very accommodating. This place does take SO but again that is left up to the owner to determine who will move in. The trailers have swamp coolers, the are clean inside, some have natural gas the others have propane. If you have a AC window unit just let the owner know and they will put it in for you. This is a good place to live if you need something quick or Temporary. I would recommend to a friend.”

“Nice 55+ community with its own golf course and community center. The streets are a tad narrow so if you want to visit someone and their driveway is full (they're not particularly big) then you may end up blocking the road. Speed bumps and drainage dips are brutal, but that's usually to be expected in a place that will focus on traffic calming as much as a 55+ community does.”
