We went there shopping for fabric to re-do our couches having already found a few individuals willing to do the work at average prices. As it ended up we learned we were able to save over $800 by having By the Yard just do all the work for us and we gained the value of a long standing business that guaranteed there workmanship. “I'm glad I moved in before reading these poor reviews. While a bit irresponsible on my part, it would have turned me off an otherwise pleasant renting scenario. There are certainly a few things that could be improved upon, such as adding the modern convenience of online rent payment and improving the quality (or decreasing the cost) of the laundry machines. However, management has always been efficient and helpful when concerns arise, and so far I have had no issues with the apartment or utilities. This is not the best apartment complex in Tempe, nor even in the area. Having said that, it is a complex that seems to be making strides at both improving its image, and providing a reliable living experience to those who may be looking for an affordable rent. The apartments are clean, fairly large, and management is incredibly good at helping those who have patience.”

“I live 5 minutes from the San Tan mall and that is where I started with my cellular phone issues, but they didn't have the product I was asking about. They sent me Arizona Mills a store 30 minutes away that had the product I was asking about. My current phone was powering down on its own and not holding a charge so I really needed a new phone. Oscar helped me at Arizona Mills by teaching me the differences between the phones and informing me of the promotions on them. I ended up with a totally different phone that I'm sure they had available at the other AT&T store, but despite me having an appointment there, they didn't feel it was necessary to educate me. Now I know that I will just make the drive to get help from Oscar. Thank you Oscar!!”

“I used to to buy bread from Great Harvest 10 plus years ago when I lived in Michigan. Today I discovered that there is a store location fairly close to me in Tempe AZ!! Scored myself a loaf of Dakota bread today and I am a happy guy. Best bread for buttered toast in the USA... Killer Dave bread cannot come close to Great Harvest IMO. Try a grilled cheese sandwich with this bread, you will not be disappointed. This is a heavy and dense bread full of flavor. Don't be concerned that the price point is higher than the grocery stores. Grocery store breads are fluffed and full of air. Try it!!”
