“I tried out multiple different types of auto glass specific software and though it is not perfect, glassbiller is definitely the best in my opinion. Nick Minard the top guy over there is very good at helping you out whenever you need it. The software will tell you when you need clips or a molding it gives dealer part numbers and list prices. It is edi capably but since 95% of my insurance jobs are sgc I just use the sgc website for that. It prints out extremely professional receipts and invoices that Nick customized for my shop with my company logo on top and warranty info. With 1 touch of a button you can check part prices for PGW Mygrant and pilkington. You can even order parts from the distributors directly from glassbiller. It saves signatures and pictures in case the customer drops the dreaded “that wasnt like that before” just whip out your phone and show them the pics you took before you started working. It tells you exactly how many tubes of urethane you can bill the insurance as well as clips and moldings. That feature alone pays for the cost of the software. It also has a built in electric fax that is awesome because my office fax only works about 50% of the time.😜”

“JD saved the day!!! And our first trip!!! He came out on a service call to fix our leveling system as (we thought) it was malfunctioning. We are brand new to owning a class A RV, kept getting a fault code and had no idea why they weren't working properly. JD was THE nicest, most patient and extremely knowledgeable technician that I have ever encountered. He did quick work to troubleshoot the issue and took as much time as needed to walk through everything with me and also had me practice while he was still there to e sure I was comfortable and answered all my questions. After he left we had additional questions on something unrelated to the leveling and he called us personally to help out...who does that!?!?!? JD even went out of his way to recommend a couple of easy maintenance items to help lengthen the life of the slider mechanism. Walt and Brian are honest and great to work with throughout the entire repair process. My truck had damage to the front area of the truck. They repaired the damage, including drivers side fender, bumper, door and multiple other repairs to the front and side of the truck. They painted both fenders, hood, trim above bumper. After they completed the repair, my truck looked like it just rolled off the assembly line at Ford. These guys don't charge to inflate your tires but they do charge $10 to remove nails, screws, and studs. They have new and used tires, the used tires get 90 day guarantee but I always buy new. The last time I paid just under $400, but then again I have a Versa hatchback.”

“After blowing out my tire on very hot and dusty Arizona freeway and then shredding it getting to safety, I began what I already knew was going to be a fool's errand to try and find and install a replacement tire for my '08 A4 Audi - definitely NOT a run of the mill car in the greater Phoenix area. With not feeling well and needing to be at the medical center twice a week for treatments and not much time or patience for this "challenge" I began calling around only to find my worst fears confirmed: no tires in stock and up to 2 weeks to order and install. Given the spare was not too reliable, I came to realize that the rest of my tires were on the verge of the same fate and needed to be replaced as well. So I turned again to MY ALL TIME TRUSTED AND RELIABLE PEPBOYS. Monty, the store manager and the team have been the closest to my most trusted garage I used for service for decades back in Cleveland. And when we relocated to the Mesa, AZ area 3 yrs ago, this team has been SO WONDERFUL in caring for our cars to the point where they have turned away unnecessary service to our cars that other places said we ABSOLUTELY HAD TO DO. And even though they were training new team members and so busy, they came to my rescue, as well as several other customers by the amount of people dropping off cars when I was there, by finding me a very good deal and doing it quickly (in the same day!) and getting me back on my way in safety with peace of mind. I've always done my own work on my cars so I know when I can trust a mechanic. And I truly trust these guys; they have a small local shop feeling under a national name roof. And I am a fan for life!”
