“I don’t get the bad reviews. My husband eat only at this location since it’s very close . Never had a problem. We went inside and the nicest man waited on us. Food was fresh and hot. French fries are so much better now. Don’t know why, but they are. Another patron got up to leave and walked by and said “thank you” to the guy behind the counter.. We did as well. “Honestly the best chicken wing place I have found and I feel like I have tried 80% of the valleys chicken wing places lol. The restaurant itself is pretty basic but they do have cold Coolaid if that’s your thing. The food is absolutely delicious, the wings are literally sauced and loaded. “I love Texas Roadhouse and have visited many. Yet this location will be my one and only. By far, they were superior when my daughter and I visited on Veteran's Day 2023. This is the only place that served my Hurricane Margarita, Frozen/blended. Not sure but all others only serve it on the rocks. Not any more because I'll be visiting this location ONLY. I live in north Phoenix. They are worth the drive. My Margarita was perfect. My salad was perfect. My steak, 20 oz Ribeye, was prepared to perfection. I did thank the manager, sorry can't remember his name. He was thankful and humble for the praise I gave. You can try the rest but when you want the best of Texas Roadhouse stop in at this location on via de Ventura. Truly awesome. Service was excellent too. Very clean place as well.”

“We ordered a three-piece chicken dinner and instead of getting coleslaw as we ordered we got mashed potato and gravy instead. We noticed that the girl at the cash register on the drive thru side was not paying attention to what she was doing and was talking too fast on the mic and at the window. Please make sure that you tell your employees to watch what they're doing and not to talk so fast that's how they get things confused. The food was good I can't complain about.”

“Wow what a great place to visit while in the Scottsdale area! We all had great barbecue, brisket, pulled pork and chicken. After a few beers and drinks we were able to take a chance on the dance floor! On Wednesday through Saturday they have Bull Riding and an electronic Bull! I still can't get over how good the food was! The servers took care of us like we were regulars! Great service, food and atmosphere makes this a must place to visit in Cave Creek, Arizona!”

“I do enjoy my time at Dave & Buster's, but I rarely play on any of the arcades anymore. When arcades go cashless, it suddenly seems to jack up the price. Spend $10 minimum for an even number of tokens while every game takes an odd number, leaving you with tokens left over to make you feel like you need to buy more. You always have at least 1 leftover. Staff are always very polite and kind. One time at this very Dave & Busters, I arrived and waited for my date, I ordered a drink and waited... and waited... for 4 hours. Staff kept checking up on me, and when I finally asked for the cheque, because my date stood me up, they gave me the drink for free and wished me luck. The atmosphere is always bright and cheerful, I haven't been bowling, but I have spent hours upstairs in the arcade. Everyone is smiling. It has my favourite arcades machine, Halo Fireteam Raven, though it doesn't have the Halo card reader, which tracks your stats online. I'm not sure if this is a technical issue, but I'd love for that to be fixed.”

“This place is great! The food is delicious, it's priced reasonably, the staff is friendly, and the place is clean! It's more on the Americanized version of Mexican food in that they offer deep fried burritos with cheddar cheese vs "authentic home style Mexican food from Mexico" while staying far away from the Taco Bell range of things. I'd still consider it comfort food. The stuff they make is really good and their Party Platters are awesome for sampling a bunch of stuff at once (part of their catering menu). I highly recommend this place, we've recently started going more often.”
