He was showing me his repertoire the other day and I had no idea how well he knows the stuff. He really loves karate now, when before it was a fight to get him to go. Now he looks forward to it. James and his staff have really done wonders for his attitude, athletic abilities and slowly helping with his respect to his elders. “Spent my 5 year wedding anniversary here with my wife wanting to try something new, and was blown away. Atmosphere is top notch, they are very on top of mood lighting and the general ambient temperature of the restaurant sections. The staff are well groomed, attentive and, from what I could hear from my seating location, are very well trained and versed on the etiquette of middle end fine dining for front of house. The food was great, I had ordered a Steak and Lobster set, my wife the Steak and Shrimp. Both were cooked to their particular temps, the sides were steaming fresh, and the seafood was soft and delicate to the bite. The alcoholic drinks were mixed wonderfully and presented beautifully, no smudges on the glasses and clean cut ice. They even gave us a free dessert for the occasion. I'll definitely make a return trip, even if it is just for a self treat.”

“The ambiance and the food were excellent. When our server, Bradley, actually approached our table, he was very helpful with recommendations. However, it is very surprising to me, especially because our table was directly in front of the kitchen doors, that it took him 40 minutes from the time we sat down to take our drink orders. I didn't realize so much time had passed, but my friend who used to be in the restaurant business made the observation. When it was time to pay for the meals, he dropped off the ticket, but never came back to collect our payments, so we ultimately found someone else passing by to run our cards for us. It was very dark in the restaurant, but I appreciate that there were lamps on the table so that we could at least see the menus. I will say that the bar back staff and the food runners were excellent. Our waters were never empty, (we would have ordered more drinks if Bradley had come to our table more often to do so), there were never empty dirty dishes on our table, and the other staff were great. It may have been that Bradley had been double or triple sat when we arrived, but we felt mostly neglected throughout the night by him. The decor was stunning. I loved the attention to nature theme, the fire pits, and the light fixtures. The music was a little loud, but I'm guessing it is part of the ambiance. Overall, a lovely way to spend a Sunday evening”

“Okay, this is tricky. We've been going here for almost 7 years and 99.9% of the time it is very good in all aspects. The last couple of times has been mediocre at best. Slow service, cold food and long wait for food. I'm gonna chalk it up to short staffing and crowds getting bigger due to coming out of the pandemic. However, we expressed our disappointment to the manager when she was going table to table and asking how everything was. Instead of saying she'd check on our food because we informed her we can't tell you how it's going because we haven't gotten food yet, she just said "okay" and walked away. I'm not chalking that up to the pandemic. Needs to work on hospitality skills. That is what industry she's in. We didn't want any special treatment, just for her to show an actual interest in her guests experience since she was asking. Seemed like she was just doing her job by asking and not really caring in all actually. Like I said, tricky review. I gave 4 stars because we like this place. If this was a first time experience, it would of been a different review.”

“Awesome place for me to walk and go to with the dog. The farmers daughter burger is awesome and you must get the shattered chips. Everything I’ve ever had is great and I love their frozen greyhounds. You can even get them to go in a big Capri-Sun like pouch 👍. It’s easy to just go up to the window and order and enjoy the outdoors and people walking by. Also their prices are great, I think almost everything on the menu is under $10 the fish and chips might be a tad more but are worth it as well. One of my go to spots.”

Definitely one of the best salmon dishes I’ve ever had. I really enjoyed the food. The wine was pretty good I just wish they had more sweeter wine options. I tried the Jesse burger, which was cooked to my liking. The fried pickles and wings were on point! The staff are all pleasant. Indoor and outdoor seating available.
