“We spent 30 days here this winter. Very friendly and accommodating staff. Sites are big enough. All gravel. The neighborhood is industrial. Very reasonable rates.. Easy access to freeway and Tuscon tourism sites. It made a good home base. Right next to the bike trails on the river. Tuscon is not a pretty city but has lots to see and do.”

If you haven't been by lately stop in and check out the transformation The apartments have been remodeled, new kitchens, granite counter tops, new appliances, new AC/Heat, new bathrooms and new flooring. The new owners have replaced several homes and removed several of the older homes. There are homes available to rent to own.”

“We stayed in the Oasis area of the campground in early April. Beautiful section with spacious, paved sites. Bathhouses we’re immaculate. Nice private bathroom with shower. We loved it here so much we booked two weeks next year. Nice dog parks; one small one large. The only problem we had is on our last night two aggressive Dalmatians who were in the dog park. The owners did not have control of them and we had to leave with our golden retriever. Otherwise it was a very nice visit.”

“I liked having a separate concrete parking space from the RV concrete patio. Little street lights for homey feel, good wifi and full hook-up, gate guard in evenings-all for great price. Didn't visit clubhouse or other facilities as we were on the go every day but looked nice from outside. It's a good place to park and go.”

Solid gravel sites with full hook-ups. Staff is helpful and friendly. Great value and reasonable rates. It has a small laundry room, with good appliances. Very accessible just off of the interstate.”

“Wide flat gravel sites. All hook up services were good. Scattered short trees so not a lot of shade.... like the rest of Tucson! Excellent close, flat trails with beautiful cacti. Friendly staff. Only negative was a pretty loud road with some kind of washboard surface 50 yds in front of the first RV row. Would stay again for the trails, a great morning walk.”
