“Went here to refurbish my 2011 Trek 3 Series hard tail. I knew it needed some work as it hadn't been ridden in quite awhile. The owner was very professional, helpful, and was honest about the work (including the various price tiers). He has specialty bikes and equipment there for sale, which were well above my Trek, but he reassured that he could get the bike working like a champ again and wasn't trying to hard sell me out of my Trek. When I left, I realized that the work done on it was with an attention to detail. I've since been riding on various trails at San Tan Mountain. Haven't had a complaint and I'm glad to have my bike back. I'll plan on returning with any major maintenance inquiries and any other future business. The experience and result was well worth it.”

“I came in to look at bikes a couple weeks ago, I had great customer service and the sales staff were very knowledgeable of their products, a few days after my purchase I realized the bike was not a fit for me, I was very upset because it was an awesome bike just to big for me, I called hoping for the possibility I can trade it for something else, lucky for me they were able to help me out and a week later I took the bike in, Even tho it was an exchange, they treated me like a first time customer and were very happy to help me find something else, Once I found what worked for me they let me test ride it which was very helpful and were not pushy at all, they gave me the time I needed and never made me feel rushed (especially since it was near closing time). Even tho I was still a little iffy I decided to make my purchase and said “I’ll make work”. After I mentioned my concerns to one of the gentleman he suggested a few changes which he said he can happily do them for me. I was not expecting him to go above and beyond for us and that right there is why I am taking the time to write this review. I really wish I asked for the gentleman’s name to give him a shoutout because the changes he did for me were tremendously helpful for my everyday day use bike. Thank you guys for great customer service. It really means a lot.”

“I decided to change the handle bars on my folding ebike and could not make a decision based on the options available online. I went over to Oro Valley bicycles and was helped by a very knowledgeable sales guy. He showed me what options they had in stock and they had the perfect setup. I went back a couple of weeks later to make the same adjustment to my wife's bike. A different person helped me but I got the same level of service. My first visit was for a creak from road bike #1 that I thought was coming from the bottom bracket but instead came from my aging saddle - and they didn't charge me! On another visit, I bought bar tape, and received useful attention as if I was buying something more technical and interesting. Just this week, road bike #2 received a tune-up and repair for a tweaked derailleur hanger, and it rides just like new! “Been enjoying the finds at Play it Again for years now. Half the time I go in and can't find anything I like, the other half its exactly what I'm looking for!! That's the beauty of a used shop, finding the gems at the right time. Staff could be a little nicer is the only reason for my 4/5 stars. Again, half the time seems like I get someone whose bothered by me and the other half its the same big guy (owner??) who is great to chat with and always knowledgeable about what I'm looking for.”
