Pool and jacuzzi were very nice. And clubhouse was nice. I've seen much much worse. A park is only as good as its owners and managers. Diamond Grove is a decent park to live in.”

Yes, it is going through a remodeling, and with all that's going on, the team from management,maintenance to the vendors on property is still very professional, knowledgeable, and ready to work with you not against you. I am excited to transfer to a up graded unit. I did look around out of hast.I decide to stay, Neighbor hood is safe, convenient to the world, Do consider The Haven at Towne Center when and if you are in that place in your journey. “I had an unpaid ticket that went to collections and my license was suspended... I called and the woman who answered the phone was beyond helpful! I wasn’t able to go to eloy due to work because I live in Tucson so she suggested I write a letter to the judge and overnight it for faster results. A couple days later I called back and I had an arrangement set up and my licenses suspension was lifted! I’m very happy and very appreciative of the woman who answered the phone and took the time to help me without any attitude! I called other courts not knowing to well what was going on with my ticket and they all sounded annoyed with my questions... but anyways, the lady who answered the phone made this all a pleasant experience!”

“Delightfully surprised by this gem of a snack bar/cafe nestled in the Desert Botanical Garden! The menu offers good variety and the food was fresh. In particular, the salads were special and interesting. The kids meal was generous, though it would be great if it included a little drink. Decent patio but it fills up quickly during busy periods. There is also additional seating around the corner. Above all, the service was exceptional! I had to wait a bit longer for my food (someone behind me in line took my order) and the staff comped me a giant, fudgey brownie for the trouble. I LOVE that the employees are empowered to make decisions like that. Customer service is the backbone of any business. If I could make one recommendation, it would be to have a better system for calling out orders during busy times because it's rather haphazard as is. Highly recommend an affordable and tasty lunch here if you're exploring the gardens!”
