I couldn't believe the size portion of the quality food that we received. Service was super friendly and kept checking up on us and refilling our water. “Our family has been camping there for the last 4 years. Bathrooms and showers are available and close by each clusters of camp sites. There is one communal sink for cleaning dishes. If you forget to bring your own firewood, the camp ground store sells it for about $9/bundle (6-8 pieces). The staff are always friendly at the camp site and at the marina. We always rent a patio boat to explore the lake: fishing, swimming, hiking, and relaxing.”

“Basic camp with primitive bathroom. Water source is a 1/4 mile away. There are two campsites. Site 1 is closest to the trail and has two trash cans. Site 2 is slightly away from trail and more private.”

“Beautiful little spot about 3.5 miles from the Little Yosemite trail head. The first two miles along the fire road are easy, but the last 1.5 miles climb pretty aggressively, so be ready for a workout. This is one of several backpacking camps clustered along the Ohlone Wilderness trail before it starts making its climb to Rose Peak and, ultimately, Del Valle in Livermore. The westward views are beautiful and there is water (needs to be boiled or purified) and an outhouse nearby. We had a great time!”

“Gorgeous views, close to water (needs to be treated) and the toilet. There is room for four single-person tents. There's a picnic table and a cook table (brilliant!). The only downside to this site is that it's directly underneath a major flight path. You'll hear planes every few minutes until midnight and then again starting around 5:30am. Bring ear plugs!”
