“Really liked the no-frill, but responsive, honest and good auto work done by Adam. I called a few places to get a quote for a knock sensor replacement, Adam was the only one saying it can be done within 1 hour and a reasonable price, all others were quoting above 2-3 hours of work. I checked on YouTube how the work is done and didn't even want to argue with those exaggerating the labor work. Amazingly, we were indeed in and out in ~1 hour and with a cleared engine light! Will be back for any future auto work!”

“I needed a part for my Dyson V8 floor vacuum that no one either locally in my area or even on the Internet seem to have in stock, and would not have for months because of supply chain issues. In doing a Google search I came across Brilliant Vacuum, that indicated that the part I needed appeared to be in stock. I called the owner of the shop and explained why I was calling. He said he had the part I needed in stock,, but just to be sure when into the stock room to check. He said it was in stock and that he could send it out today. I told him I would order it,, which I did. I got an email letting me know that it was shipping out the very day that I placed the order. I just received it from UPS 2 days after it shipped, and I am in Orlando Florida too. And it was exactly what I was looking for. Great shop great service and great price I paid for this part very happy and I will definitely order again.”

“Street Car Audio restored my faith in audio shops. Gave Chendo a call asking about a problem I encountered after installing a new headunit by myself. I am not good with wirings so I brought my car in getting ready to pay $$$ for troubleshooting. He was able to point out whats wrong with it right away and didn't even charge me. Now this is an Audio shop that for real won't rip you off and knows what they're doing. I recommend this place if you are looking to get stuff installed! 10/10 will come back when I decide to upgrade my car sound system!”

“What is every woman afraid of when going to a car repair shop? That they will be taken advantage of, right? Let me tell you about my day. To make it brief, Big O looked at my car twice in 2 weeks for a recurring problem and discovered a possible issue covered by the car warranty. The dealership said the issue was the tires and I needed 4 new ones. But....but...if it was the tires, why wouldn't Big O try to sell me tires? After calling Big O again, Ivan wanted to look at the car one more time. I really felt like he cared if the car was safe. When dropping off the car I told him I would be buying 2 new tires today. We figured out the issue together (probably a unique situation they will never see again) and he said my tires were fine. By this time, Big O has looked at my car on 3 occasions, and at no point have they tried to sell me anything. I walked in, ready to buy 2 new tires.They listened to me. They believed me when the dealership didn't. And I walked out having saved $1700 because they deemed the tires within their lifespan. I don't think you can get better customer service than that!”

I couldn't be more satisfied with the excellent work they did on my car. I rear ended someone which damaged my front end and knocked the radiator off. I took it to Gus who allowed me to bring it in the very same day I called. They were all very knowledgeable and professional at the shop, and answered all my questions regarding what to expect. I felt I was leaving my car in good hands, and I was. When I got my car back it looked amazing. Better than I expected. It was clean, shiny, everything aligned and functioned properly, and they even restored my headlights that were clouded! Really outstanding. I’m really happy I chose to go there, and not the place my insurance had sent me to originally. I definitely highly recommend Little Red’s. Best choice I could've made. PS. The enterprise rental car is almost right across the street!”

“I had a fender bender over a month ago. My insurance company recommended them. So it was arranged to have my truck towed to them. They did have it for over a month. But with how things are going today. That is to be expected. I am very pleased with my truck. They did an awesome job on it. I believe it looks better now than it did before the wreck. They clean it up inside and out before handing her back to me. The only thing I wasn't happy about but I won't hold it against them. Is they couldn't find a bug shield that would fit my truck. But I was able to and I even installed it myself. Now I just have to be reimbursed by my insurance company for it. But I'm not going to count it against them. Because I feel they made up for it with other things that they did. They were also very friendly and professional. I would have no problem recommending them to someone if they needed their type of service. Thank you all for doing a great job.”
