He welcomed me into the showroom and I took a look around at their products. I was stressing on a huge project I was working on for my customer. Although Blake stated he was not a licensed designer, he had wonderful recommendations for my project and was extremely patient explaining ALL the answers to my questions! My project ended up turning out amazing and my customer was blown away with the end result of our installation. “The staff were all energetic and dancing! We loved it my kids really enjoyed the store and employees. We didn't have a bad experience at all. We are a family of color and we didn't experience any discrimination as mentioned in the other reviews (not saying they didn't feel that way) They might of been a lil iffy we were wearing the shoes in the store but they knew we weren't there to steal. We bought a couple pairs of shoes and some shirts. They were all super helpful and attentive! We loved the positivity in this store. Stuff is spendy but honestly when you get good customer service it's worth it. We accidentally left our Nike bag there and hopefully 🙏🏽 they have it! Update: They found our Nike bag and held onto it! Called next day and they saved it for us! So grateful for the employees here!”
