“We had a fabulous stay! The friendliest staff members we ever met! The evening wine tasting was outstanding as was the small bites provided by the Hotel. The room was clean, inviting, cozy, and stocked with all you need. We also enjoyed sitting by the fire pit where even s'more fixings were provided! We will return to REST for sure and we highly recommend this Boutique Hotel!”

“This is the best place I've ever stayed, and it was off season. (Update below). I've been around the world, I've stayed in a lot of places, but this place offers a cozy room with fireplace overlooking a vineyard, private patio, evening wine and cheese, full breakfast, and free bicycles. With less than 10 rooms on site, you get a quality experience. I do not want to say more, because I don't like to share too many secrets about my favorite places, but I'll promise to update this if it ever becomes the second best place. Update: Still the best place. I did finally find something to complain about. I wouldn't be an honest reviewer if I did not mention it. The fan in the bathroom is on a switch and a steam sensor. There are times when I want the fan to run without steam buildup in the room.”

“Found ourselves in the snow storm in Sierra foothills. My husband is a Supervisor in our local Municipality. He was on call, roads closed, blocked, our power out. We made a decision to go to our local hotel at least for that night. Ken at Shenandoah Inn, was amazing, took excellent care and when power was still out the next day, needing the room again, Ken made sure we were well taken care of again. We evacuated during the Caldor Fire, Ken took excellent care of us, the fire crews and other evacuees. If you need too, or if you're traveling, I highly recommend the Shenandoah Inn, call the hotel directly, talk to Ken.”

“We stayed at Amador Harvest Inn celebrating a 40th birthday with a ladies night in Plymouth. There were 6 of us and we stayed in the zinfandel, chardonnay and cabernet rooms. The inn in its entirety was absolutely adorable!! It was well appointed and Alicia took such good care of us!! We're already trying to plan our next trip back!!”

“My husband and I have stayed here several times and LOVE it! We love everything about it, and as a bonus it is close to lots of wineries. Sandra is the best! We stayed for the first time several years ago to celebrate our anniversary and she went as far as making us dinner reservations for the amazing restaurant in town. The breakfast spread is amazing, and Sandra always makes sure that there are options with no gluten for me. It is such a special touch to wake up in the morning and have your coffee tray waiting outside of your door. I can't recommend this place enough. check it out. You will not be disappointed!!”
