The bathrooms and park were very clean and everything seemed quite new. Seemed like a great place to picnic or hang out with friends.”

“I was able to make a same day service appointment and take my car in within an hour. It was easy to get my car in and the service advisor was friendly, straightforward, thorough, and helpful. It was about 1.5 hour wait, which I wasn't aware of until I handed my keys over. I was prepared to wait anyway and they have a decent waiting area with free water, vending machines, a small cafe, several TVs, comfortable seating, and even a children's waiting area with cartoons playing! That was my favorite area as it was quiet and easy to keep track of my son who came with me to the appointment. Bathrooms were clean and smelled nice. Staff was friendly and there was plenty to browse in their merchandise department. I was updated on service by text and able to approve any changes by phone. I was also able to track the progress via the link sent by text message. When my car was done, my service advisor came and found me and walked me to the cashier. I paid and the cashier directed me on where to get my keys. An overall pleasant experience, even with a 90 minute wait time. Photo is of one the chairs in the waiting area :)”

“Well this review is way overdue!!! The atmosphere here is amazing its clean , crisp , bright and inviting , I am not a fan of commercial gyms and love we have a locally owned business here. Kourtney and her husband sorry I forgot his name, are amazing people they are not shy to go around and greet people or have a quick conversation. The gym is the perfect size with various equipment some I’ve never seen at other gyms. 99% of the equipment is new and most of the gym goers will clean off equipment after using. The major perk here for any family is the kids center they have I didn’t get a chance to capture a picture due to children being present. My wife and I have been working out here for over a year and just love it . I also love the support for our Troops and Law Enforcement its huge for someone like me who served. So if you are looking at gyms in town just stop looking and Join the Tehachapi Strength Family because honestly thats what it feels like when you walk in the doors !!!!”

“- I have had nothing but great experiences with Kernville Mini Storage. I've rented a storage unit for about a year now. They owners have gone out of their way to be helpful to me, a new resident in Kernville, even when I lost the key to the padlock on my unit. - The folks who wrote the negative review are wrong, legally and otherwise. Wasting law enforcement services was ridiculous, as obviously no crime was committed. They were angry, so it appears from their post that they threw a tantrum and were striking out irrationally. Seems that people who repossess (I deduce) property should know how to act professionally. - Of course they'd have to pay the balance due before taking the only security had by the owners for that debt. These people clearly don't understand how businesses operate. - Nearly two years ago these complainers said they intended to sue and would post the results thereof -- so how'd that threatened litigation work out for you?!? I bet you couldn't even find an attorney to give you advice on what most probably would have been a fruitless small claims case and another waste of taxpayer dollars! - I'm so sick of people who post negative reviews in the heat of the moment. Such disrespectful and definitely 'not helpful' reviews should be given thoughtful reflection, instead of someone just flying off the handle.”
