“A few years ago I stayed here while participating in a research program for teachers at JPL for two months. It was a comfortable and relaxed environment. I observed Sharyn taking Kaplan students to and from campus in groups. Sharyn provided dinners as well. The room rates are very reasonable, and there are several bathrooms available as well. The place is kept clean and is very homey. When some of the other guests brought classmates over to study she did not mind at all. This is best for Kaplan students, interns or traveling professionals, the environment is generally very academic/professional.”

“Good, challenging hike. Its about 2.9 mi if you go through walnut trail. Henninger Flats is well kept. Clean area, spacious, and has a great view. The nature center is pretty imformative. Has info about the wildlife in the area, relics and a bit of history.”
