“Heather and the staff at Furrever Friends are incredibly kind and thoughtful during the hardest moments for every pet owner. When our family lost our dog Rico (who had been part of our lives for almost 20 years), Heather kept her office open longer that evening so that we had all the time we needed to say goodbye. She also allowed us to come in on a weekend to pick up Rico's ashes due to our family schedule. And Adriana even hand delivered us Rico's blanket to our home. Their caring nature helped us find strength during that sad time. We also treasure the heart tags and paw prints they give to each pet owner.
