“An average good coffee joint. Nothing spectacular or a must have but as a neighborhood hang it’s a nice space. No signature or specialty drinks, just no fuss coffee. There’s two outdoor seating areas perfect to dip away from work or to work for a while. Indoors is still closed off to the public and ordering is only through the window. I do like that they ask you only stay 90 mins. Three stars for the coffee and another for its space.”

“Extensive menu, with lots of vegan options. I got the “slutty bun” which is eggs with chives on a brioche bun and some caramelized onions. You can add on meat for just $3.50 and comes with a side of potatoes. I don’t like sitting outside by the road, I wish there was more inside seating. But all in all great option with ok prices, good portions. Service is super efficient. Not friendly, just to the point.”

“Had found out about Buck Mason’s clothing line by accident when I stumbled across the location on a Sunset Blvd stroll just 2 1/2 months back. Decided to check them out online first and in person today. Was happy with the items purchased and the service provided by Chris. My sweetheart was pleasantly surprised by the atmosphere, complimentary glass of whiskey and conversation with Chris while I tried on my jeans and henley t-shirt. Will definitely make a return visit here next trip to LA when I’m looking to purchase more apparel.”

“La Velo is the best thing to come to Silverlake in a while. The coffee is always fresh hot or cold and There is always a wide variety of teas available. Everything always taste great and Austin (owner of La Velo) always makes sure to make adjustments to your liking. Speaking of Austin he is the nicest person I’ve met in a long while. Every time I come by to get a drink or a treat for my dogs we have a great conversation. Austin even graciously helped me with a school photography project. Allowing me to take pictures of him as he worked. Even if the coffee was bad which is isn’t I would still come back just so we could have a quick chat. Amazing coffee Amazing treats And an amazing person”
